Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are the perfect little sweet teat. Super easy to make and full of clean eating friendly ingredients.



  • 1 cup Unsalted Almond Butter, stirred well
  • 34 cup Sucanat (Sugar Cane Natural)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 12 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 14 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 3 ounces 70% Dark Chocolate, broken into small pieces

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together first five ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate.

Step 2

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on baking sheets for five minutes. Remove to a wire rack and let cool for 15 more minutes.
