Directions

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Raw Whole Almonds, soaked in water for 12 hours
  • 12 cup Medjool Date, pitted
  • 1 Vanilla Bean, scraped, or 1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt
  • 5 cups Water

Step 1

Place ingredients in a high speed blender or Vita-mix and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients well blended.
 

Step 2

Using a metal strainer, strain the milk. Pour milk into pitcher or jar and refrigerate. Strained almond mix can be placed on a teflex sheets and dehyrated to make cereal 115 F for 6-8 hrs.
