Alton Brown's Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate Mix

  • 12 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 14 cups Non-Fat Dry Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 34 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice, (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg)
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Sift all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. It will keep for up to six months.

Step 3

To make hot chocolate: place 3 tablespoons of the mix in a mug and top with hot water or milk. Stir until combined.
