American Classic Potato Salad

Directions

Ingredients

  • 6 Baby Red Potatoes, quartered unpeeled

Step 1

Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 15 min. or until tender. Drain.

Ingredients

  • 34 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Step 2

Mix mayo and mustard in large bowl.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 14 cup Fresh Chives, Chopped

Step 3

Add potatoes, bacon and chives; mix lightly. Cover.
 

Step 4

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
