Angela's Brother's Crack Mac & Cheese

The cheesiest, easiest crockpot mac and cheese. His recipe was double what I have. My version fit in a 2.5 quart crockpot. I need to finetune the cooking time.



  • 1 12 cups Elbow Macaroni Pasta

Step 1

Cook macaroni to al dente. Drain.


  • 1 12 cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 6 ounces Sharp White Cheddar, he used a variety with bacon in it...
  • 3 ounces Whole Milk
  • 5 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 34 stick Butter
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5 ounces Canned Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup, (1/2 a can)
  • 8 ounces Velveeta, cube or slide the block for quicker melting

Step 2

Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in all other ingredients.

Step 3

Cook, covered on low, stirring a few times until everything is melted.
