Apple Cinnamon Oat Pancakes

Yummy and healthy pancakes. My 19 month old approves :)

Directions

 

Step 1

Preheat a large non-stick griddle to medium high heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Delicious Apple, peeled, and cored

Step 2

Add peeled, cored, and cut up apple to food processor. Pulse until it is finely diced.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 12 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 12 tablespoon Sugar
  • 13 cup Oats, quick cooking

Step 3

Whisk together dry ingredients ina large mixing bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups Milk, lowfat
  • 1 Egg

Step 4

Add milk and egg to the mixture and whisk until moistened. (Do not overmix)
 

Step 5

Fold in a 1/2 cup of minced apple to the pancake batter.

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray

Step 6

Spray griddle with cooking spray and cook like regular pancakes with your desired sizes.
 

Step 7

Add butter, syrup, cream cheese, or nothing at all, and insert in mouth. :)
