Apple Crisp

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and 8x8x2 pan.


  • 4 cups Granny Smith Apple, sliced & pared

Step 2

Place apple slices in pan.


  • 23 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 12 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 cup Oats, uncooked
  • 34 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 34 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 13 cup Butter

Step 3

Mix ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle over apples.

Step 4

Bake 30 minutes until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm and if desired, top with whipped cream or ice cream.
