Apple Pistachio Crisp

Step 1

Place rack into center of oven and preheat to 350.


  • 3 Honeycrisp Apples, cored and cut unto 1" cubes
  • 12 Fresh Lemon Juice, juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 12 cup Raisins

Step 2

Place apples, raisins and lemon juice in a bowl and toss to coat.


  • 12 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 14 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 14 cup Pistachios, chopped

Step 3

Mix remaining ingredients except butter.


  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Step 4

Add butter and mix until texture is consistent.

Step 5

Sprinkle over apple mixture on an 8x8 baking dish. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
