Apple Pizza

  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step 1

Mix well.


  • 1 can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Step 2

Press biscuits into flat circles and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.


  • 2 Cooking Apples, peeled, cored, and grated

Step 3

Sprinkle grated apples over biscuits.


  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, or parmesan

Step 4

Sprinkle cheese over apples.

Step 5

Sprinkle sugar mixture from step 1 over apples and cheese. Dot with butter.

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
