Artichoke And Heart Of Palm Salad

  • 796 milliliters Canned Hearts of Palm
  • 10 Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 24 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 Onion

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all the vegetables.


  • 14 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Basil
  • Boston (Butter) Lettuce

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving on the lettuce leaves.
