Asian Beef And Broccoli Slaw Wraps

Tasty, quick and easy!



  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 14 cup Onion, chopped

Step 1

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add ground beef and onion. Breaking up the beef into crumbles, cook 10 minutes or so until beef is browned through and onion is softened. Drain off drippings.


  • 12 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 14 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 cups Broccoli Slaw Mix, prepackaged or substitute cabbage coleslaw mix

Step 2

Season ground beef mixture with salt and pepper. Add the hoisin sauce and stir to coat beef. Fold in broccoli slaw. Allow to cook over medium-low heat, partially covered, just until broccoli slaw is crisp tender.


  • 4 Flour Tortillas, burrito-size, approximately 10-inch diameter
  • Hoisin Sauce, optional, for serving

Step 3

Warm the tortillas in the microwave. Spread a little of the extra hoisin sauce over the tortilla. Place approximately 1 cup beef filling in the middle of each tortilla. Fold left and right edges of tortilla over the filling; fold bottom edge up over filling, then roll up tightly. Place seam-side down on plate. Serve with additional hoisin sauce, if desired.
