  • 5 Asparagus Stalks, bottoms

Step 1

Slice asparagus bottoms paper thin.


  • 12 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • French Baguette, cut diagonally about 1/2" thick

Step 2

Evenly spread ricotta over bread pieces.


  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Step 3

Place the sliced asparagus on top of the ricotta. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil on top.
