Asparagus Parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 14 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Asparagus Spears, trimmed

Step 1

Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus spears and cook while stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes, or to desired firmness.


  • 34 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Step 2

Drain off excess oil, sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper.
