Asparagus Spears With Lemon-Tarragon Butter

Asparagus side dish with fresh tarragon and lemon.



  • 4 tablespoons Butter, melted

Step 1

In a small sauce pan, melt butter.


  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Tarragon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel, grated

Step 2

Stir in tarragon and lemon peel. Simmer 2 minutes over low heat.


  • 1 bunch Asparagus, cooked

Step 3

Pour over warm asparagus.
