BLT Burgers

Step 1

Preheat grill to high heat


  • 4 strips Turkey Bacon, Extra-lean, cut in half

Step 2

Place medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add bacon strips. Cook for 2-3 mins per side.


  • 1 Lean Ground Beef, 96% lean

Step 3

Divide beef into 4 equal portions and shape into balls, packing tightly. Press each into a patty that is about 1/2" larger than the diameter of the buns.

Step 4

Grill burgers for 2 mins per side (for med rare). Place the bun halves, cut sides down, on the upper rack to toast.


  • 4 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves, Fresh, Chopped
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Step 5

Place each toasted bun bottom on a plate. Top with all ingredients, place mayo evenly on each bun top. Serve.
