This salad incorporates all those strong tasty flavors of a BLT without the bread!

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 small Romaine Lettuce, Rinse, dry, chop in bitesized pieces
  • 12 Cucumber, peel and dice
  • 1 Carrot, peel and slice
  • 1 cup Green Garbanzo Beans, cooked
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes, wash, cut in half
  • 6 strips Bacon, cut into small pieces, cook in small skillet
  • 1 Chicken Breast, cook in bacon grease

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
