Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

  • 1 strip Turkey Bacon, Extra-lean, cut in half crosswise

Step 1

Place a small nonstick skillet over med-high heat and add the bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until crisp. Remove from the pan and cover to keep warm.


  • 1 Egg White

Step 2

Spray a 3 1/2 or 4" micro-safe bowl with olive oil spray and add the egg white. Micro for 30 seconds, cont. in 15-second intervals until it is just set completely.


  • 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
  • 1 slice Fat-free American Cheese

Step 3

Assemble sandwich by placing the bottom half of the warm English muffin, inside up, on a plate. Top with the cheese, egg, then bacon. Add top and serve.
