Directions

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Fat-free Yogurt, 2 containers, Yoplait Original 99% Lemon Burst Yogurt
  • 14 cup Honey Mustard
  • 1 12 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Lemon Peel

Step 1

In medium bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended and smooth.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 12 medium Cucumber, quartered lengthwise, cut into 1/4 inch slices (1 cup)
  • 1 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1 small Zucchini, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 1 bag Coleslaw, 16 oz, 8 cups
  • 4 strips Bacon, cooked, chopped

Step 2

In large bowl, mix all salad ingredients except bacon. Add dressing; toss to mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with bacon.
