Baileys and Chocolate Cheesecake

It's smooth baileys in cheese cake with chocolate, what could be better?



  • 100 grams Butter
  • 250 grams Graham Crackers, crushed

Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan and add the crushed graham crackers. Mix well until the crackers have absorbed all the butter.

Step 2

Remove from heat and press into the bottom of a lined 18 cm spring-form tin. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for one hour.


  • 600 grams Cream Cheese, Philadelphia
  • 25 milliliters Baileys Irish Cream
  • 100 milliliters Confectioner's (Icing) Sugar
  • 300 milliliters Double Cream, whipped
  • 100 grams Chocolate, grated

Step 3

Filling-Lightly whip cream cheese then beat in Bailey's and confectioner's sugar. Fold in whipped cream and grated chocolate. When smooth, spoon evenly on the graham crackers.


  • 200 milliliters Double Cream, whipped
  • Cocoa Powder, to dust

Step 4

Refrigerate and allow to set for a further two hours. Once set, remove and decorate with whipped cream and cocoa powder dusted over the top. Serve.
