This is a great weight loss recipe to replace your typical butternut squash with brown sugar.

Ingredients
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the top off of the butternut squash. Quarter squash.
Place squash, skin side down, in 9 X 13 dish. Add about a 1/2 inch of water into the baking dish.

Spread coconut oil over the squash and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until desired tenderness or until a fork inserted comes in and out easily.

Let squash cool.
Scoop out flesh into a bowl.
Add agave, cinnamon, and slivered almonds. Mix well. Serve.
