I've posted all these hot recipes so something cold might be in order. Something all you Kitchen Monkis should like. ;-)

Step 1
Thaw, peel and add bananas to food processor. Add lemon juice and process for a few seconds.

Add light corn syrup and vanilla bean scrapings OR vanilla extract. Start processor and slowly drizzle in heavy cream to create an emulsion. Thoroughly chill this mixture before churning. Pour mixture into running ice cream churn. When the machine starts to struggle turn off and remove dasher. Move ice cream to container with a tight fitting lid and put in freezer for 3 to 6 hours.
