Banana Raspberry Chia Smoothie

Don’t have time to prepare a full breakfast? Try this super easy and healthy smoothie! The combo of bananas, raspberries and creamy Greek yogurt give this smoothie a burst of flavor and nutrition. Chia seeds give this smoothie add a boost of fiber, omega-3s, protein, vitamins and minerals!



  • 1 small Banana
  • 12 cup Raspberries
  • 12 cup Lowfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, optional
  • 12 cup Water, unsweetened soy or almond milk (try unsweetened chocolate soy milk to satisfy your sweet tooth without the extra sugar!)

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients except for the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.


  • 2 handfuls Ice Cubes

Step 2

2. Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
