Banana Split Ice Cream Cake

The flavors of a banana split, dressed up in a beautiful cake.



  • 12 Sugar Cones, finely crushed
  • 12 cup Walnuts, finely chopped (optional)
  • 6 tablespoons Butter, melted

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the crushed cones, walnuts (if used), and butter. Press onto the bottom of a creased 9-in sprinform pan.


  • 1 34 quarts Low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 2 Bananas, ripe; mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Banana Extract, (optional)
  • 16 ounces Chocolate Fudge Topping Sauce, or chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Step 2

In another small bowl, combine 3 cups yogurt, bananas and extract if desired. Spread over curst. In a small bowl, combine fudge topping with walnuts (if used). Spread over yogurt. cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.


  • 1 cup Strawberry Topping, or strawberry preserves
  • 1 carton Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed

Step 3

Top with remaining yogurt; spread with strawberry topping. cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight until firm. Garnish with whipped topping.
