Directions

Ingredients

  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Ginger, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 18 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Unrefined Coconut Oil
  • 1 pound Steak, sliced thin

Step 1

Marinate the steak. Combine Garlic, 4 to 5 slices of ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce coconut oil and steak in a container or gallon zip lock bag. Can be done a day in advance. To Cook steak: add all ingredients to a pan on medium heat. Cook until steak is done. Reduce to a simmer

Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add a touch of sea salt. Submerge spinach. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour cooked spinach into a colander in the sink. Let cool. Squeeze out excess water with your hands. Chop into up and set aside.

To make the noodles: bring a large pot of water ot a boil and cook noodles according to the package directions. While noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce

  • 14 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Pepper Oil
  • 13 cup Water

Step 4

To make the Sauce: put all the ingredients in a small pan on low heat. Using a whisk, mix ingredients until smooth and warm. Add extra water for desired consistency. Serve noodles with cooked greens and steak on top. Drizzle sauce over all.
