Vegetarian taco filling - with beans, rice, and lentils - - easy and delicious!

Ingredients
Step 1
Put everything into a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy!

*Alternative seasoning list:
1 tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
¼ tsp. Chipotle Powder or Smoky Paprika
½ tsp. Hot Pepper Flakes or Cayenne Pepper
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Celery Salt.

Step 3
Serving suggestions:
- Serve as taco filling, with the normal taco toppings: chopped onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and salsa
- Serve on a bed of tortilla chips, top with some cheddar cheese (melt in the microwave)
