This is Korean beef at its finest! Sometimes I cook it without the veggies and toss it in the fridge for the week. Add it to salads, wraps, eggs, anything you want!!

Combine these ingredients for the marinade!

Trim off any visible fat and slice steak into strips. Add to marinade. Marinade for at least 8 hours, best if 24!! *Remember to stir your marinating beef every now and then*

Step 3
Cook the steak strips and all marinade in hot pan. After half way cooked, remove from pan and start the green pepper and onion. Add beef back in to finish cooking! EAT!!! You can wrap this in lettuce leafs or flat bread or both!
