Beef Burgundy

Beef Burgundy

This can be made in the slow cooker or an instapot. Even prepared and stored in the freezer.



  • 1 12 pounds Stew Meat

Step 1

Place the beef in the bottom of the crockpot.


  • 21 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 cups Beef Broth, or burgundy wine (red wine)

Step 2

Whisk together the mushroom soup, onion soup mix and broth. Pour over the beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or HIGH for 3-4 hours.


  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles

Step 3

Cook egg noodles and serve roast over the noodles.

Step 4

If storing in the freezer: add all ingredients (except egg noodles) to a freezer gallon ziplock bag. When ready to cook, place the frozen ingredients into the crockpot and cook according to times above.
