*Beef Carrot Pea Stew

  • 1 pound Stew Meat
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Step 1

Sprinkle oregano over stew meat and cook over medium high heat in soup pot along with onion and garlic.


  • 3 medium Tomato, diced
  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 cubes Beef Bouillon
  • 4 large Carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 Celery Ribs, diced in small pieces
  • 34 cup Barley

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and simmer for 40 minutes.
