Beef Pepperoncini - Freezer Recipe

French Dip for the freezer/slow cooker - put ingredients in freezer bags



  • 2 pounds Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Italian Seasoning, good seasons
  • 16 ounces Pepperonchinis, jar

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag and put in to freezer.

Step 2

When ready to cook, put all ingredients into crockpot and let cook for 8 hours on low.


  • 8 ounces Provolone, sliced thin

Step 3

Once cooked, shred meat and serve on rolls or hogies with swiss or provolone cheese.
