Best Baked Pork Tenderloin

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 and lightly grease baking/casserole dish.


  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin, 2, 1/2-1 lb tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Step 2

Pierce tenderloins all overa nd rub oil all over the tenderloins.


  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Step 3

Whisk together italian seasoning, garlic powder,cumin, salt, chili powder,smoked paprika and black pepper. Sprinkle mixture over the tenderloins, patting it into the surface.


  • 3 tablespoons Lime Juice, lemon, lime or orange juice

Step 4

Drizzle you juice mixture over the tenderloins.

Step 5

Bake for 25-35 minutes until outside is vbrowned and crispy and centers are cooked through to desired doneness.
