  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 2 Gherkin Pickles, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon White Pepper

Step 1

Mix the rest of the spread ingredients. Set aside.


  • 1 cup Ground Beef
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Cheese Slices

Step 2

Flatten ground beef into 4 patties, finger thick and just bigger than your palm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry for 2 1/2 minutes per side, place cheese on patty then set aside.


  • 6 Hamburger Buns

Step 3

Dry toast all buns on medium heat.


  • 12 White Onion, finely diced
  • 14 iceburg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Gherkin Pickles, sliced

Step 4

Build the burger: bottom bun, spread, diced onion, shredded lettuce, hamburger patty w/cheese (upside down), bun spread, onion, lettuce, sliced gherkin, patty then top bun.
