Grandpa Chuck got the restaurant to reveal their cooking secret on this one! Easy to make and delicious!



  • 2 cups sweet rice cooking wine, Ajimirin
  • 34 cup Shiro Misso (white miso paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Confectioner's (Icing) Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

Step 1

Whisk together.


  • 1 pound Black Cod, Chilean Seabass is a fine subsitute

Step 2

Pour onto fish. Put in a baker dish. Bake until ready.
