Blue Cheese Burgers |

The blue cheese takes these to the "next" level. Allowing the hamburgers to "rest" the way you do a grilled steak makes them particularly juicy.

Ingredients
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the meats, teak suace, egg yolks, salt, pepper. Mix with the tines of a fork, do not mash the mixture. Lightly form hamburger patties. Press thin slice of butter into each patty

Step 2
Prepare a charcoal or stovetop grill and cook the hamburgers for 4 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side formedium rare. Remove to a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Allow the burgers to restfor5 minutes

Grill buns. Serve with burger, slice of blue cheese, slice of tomatoe.
