Blueberry Compote

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 12 cup Sugar
  • 1 Lemon, Juice from one lemon
  • 18 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 18 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step 1

Combine in a small pot, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook at a low temperature for about 10 minutes or until the blueberries are cooked.
 

Step 2

Serve hot on top of pancakes or waffles
