Bourbon Chicken Sauce

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bourbon, whiskey, or another dark color grain alcohol
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

Step 1

In saucepan add all 3 ingredients.
 

Step 2

Bring liquid to a small boil on medium-high heat.
 

Step 3

Turn heat to low setting and let simmer for 5 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken.
 

Step 4

Apply and marinate chicken in sauce before barbecuing.
