Breakfast Fruit Platter

Dip/Dressing options - puree in a blender or food processor and serve on or with fruit salad (make all to serve as options or pick one and make a large batch):

1/2 papaya + 1/4 cup orange juice + 1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 persimmon + 1 banana

1 banana + 1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup fresh orange or apple juice + 6-8 pitted dates

1/2 cup pineapple cubes + 1 banana



  • 1 Cantaloupe or Persian Melon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 cups Watermelon Balls
  • 4 Kiwis, peeled & sliced
  • 1 large Papaya, (or 2 small) peeled & sliced
  • 2 cups Seedless Green Grapes
  • 6 small Bunches Grapes
  • 1 large Bosc Pear, peeled & cut into spears

Step 1

On a large, round platter, combine melons, kiwi, papaya, and grapes. Arrange bunches of grapes around edges of platter, alternating with pear spears. Serve with Fruit Dip of your choice (see above.)
