A twist on the Monte Cristo, maple chicken and maple bacon with swiss cheese and rehydrated apricots coated in a french toast dip and fried in butter!

Step 1
pre cook the bacon and the chicken breast then coat with maple syrup before layering with swiss cheese and rehydrated dried apricots between two slices of bread and dip in eggy french toast batter and fry in butter - dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
