A smoothie I make for breakfast every morning.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 Plain Protein Powder, I use a vanilla protein powder, one scoop.

Step 1

add the fruit to the blender add the yogurt, and the powder add the strawberries add the milk.
 

Step 2

blend until smooth, you may have to stir depending on the power of your blender.
