Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

A cookout/picnic favorite!



  • 3 pounds Broccoli Crown, broken into small pieces, stalks removed and reserved for another use, if desired.
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 7 strips Bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled

Step 1

Combine broccoli, raisins, red onion, sunflower seeds and bacon. Refrigerate if not serving right away.


  • 1 12 cups Mayonnaise
  • 38 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons White Vinegar

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. And refrigerate separately, if not serving right away.

Step 3

Just before serving, add the dressing to the salad mixture. Toss to combine. Serve.
