Broccoli Sauteed In Wine & Garlic

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced

Step 1

Heat oil with garlic over medium-high heat until just sizzling.


  • 1 bunch Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 23 cup Dry White Wine

Step 2

Add the broccoli and cook, tossing frequently. Pour in the wine and cook until the broccoli stalks are tender, 6-10 minutes.


  • 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest

Step 3

Add the red pepper flakes and lemon zest and toss well. Serve immediately.
