Delicious chocolate covered peanut butter balls!



Step 1

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.


  • 1 12 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Vegan Margarine, Earth Balance
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and sugar with hands to form the dough. It will be rather dry & stiff.

Step 3

Shape into balls I used my tablespoon. Place them on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for at least an hour.


  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Shortening, Earth Balance
  • 6 ounces vegan chocolate chips

Step 4

Melt shortening and chocolate chips together in a glass bowl in the microwave. Stir occasionally until smooth.

Step 5

Remove your balls from refrigerator. Use a toothpick to stab a ball then dip part way into the chocolate, leaving a small circle undipped. Repeat with remaining balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
