Directions

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 Scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Asian Pear, juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Ginger, (optional)

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until sugar and honey are dissolved/distributed.
 

Step 2

Place in sealed container and refrigerate. Use to marinate beef but also pork or chicken. Marinate meat for 24 hours.
