Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Green Cabbage

Step 1

Cut the head of cabbage into 8 same-size wedges, cutting through the core and stem end. Trim the core strip and stem from each wedge. Arrange wedges on a cookie sheet.

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Garlic Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sea Salt

Step 2

Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juices. Brush mixture onto wedges. Sprinkle with spices. Do this to both sides.
 

Step 3

Roast cabbage for about 15 minutes or until the side touching the pan is slightly brown. Turn the wedges and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
