Campfire Taco Salad

Taco salad made in frito bags for easy clean-up.



  • 6 Snack-Size Bags Corn Chips

Step 1

Cut the top off of each bag of chips; set aside.


  • 1 can Chili Without Beans

Step 2

Place chili in saucepan and cook over a camp stove or grill until it is heated through (about 10 minutes); stirring occasionally.


  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 34 cup Sour Cream
  • 12 head Iceberg Lettuce, or use one bag shredded romaine
  • 1 jar Salsa, 8 oz

Step 3

Spoon about 2 tbs of chili into each bag of chips. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and lettuce.
