Caramel Creme Frosting

  • 12 cup Butter

Step 1

Melt butter in medium saucepan.


  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 14 cup Milk

Step 2

Add brown sugar and milk. Heat to boiling. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly.


  • 1 Mini Marshmallows

Step 3

Remove from heat. Add marshmallows.Stir until melted and smooth.


  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 4

Place powdered sugar in mixer bowl. Add brown sugar mixture and vanilla. ON "stir" speed mix for about 30 seconds. Turn to spped 4 and beat for about a minute until smooth & creamy. Spread on cake while warm.
