Caribbean Pork Chops Glazed Bell Peppers And Rice

  • 2 teaspoons Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 4 Pork Chops, 1/2 inch thick

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Season pork chops with 1tsp of seasoning.Coat large skillet with non stick spray heat over med high. Add pork chops, cook 2 minutes per side or until browned.

Step 2

Transfer pork chops to a shallow roasting pan. Bake for 6-8 hours or until not pink in the center. Do not over cook.


  • 2 Bell Peppers, mix the
  • 1 tablespoon Local Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Parsley, or thyme for presentation
  • 2 cups Brown Rice

Step 3

Meanwhile , add bell peppers tosame skillet, cook and stir over medium high heat 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add vinegar and honey, cook and stir 1 minute. Add rice and remaining jerk seasoning.Cook and stir 2 minutes or until cooked through. Spoon onto plates and top with pork chops and thyme or parsley.
