Tacos with Carnitas

  • 24 Corn Tortillas, 6-inch Corn Tortillas

Step 1

Heat Tortillas according to package direction.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Meat, Carnitas Meat, warmed. Please see recipe to make Carnitas
  • 1 Queso Fresco, This is for Toppings
  • 1 Fresh Cilantro, This is for Toppings; chopped
  • 1 Salsa Verde, This is for Toppings
  • 1 Avocado, This is for Toppings; diced
  • 1 Red Onion, This is for Toppings; finely diced red onion
  • 1 Sour Cream, This is for Toppings
  • 1 Lime, This is for Toppings; Lime wedges

Step 2

Place about 1/4 cup Carnitas in center of each tortilla; top with desired toppings and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Fold tortillas in half; serve immediately.
