Champagne Cupcakes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pans with 18 baking cups.


  • 12 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 34 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs

Step 2

Beat butter and sugar at medium speed for 3-5 minutes until creamy. Gradually add eggs, beating after each addition.


  • 2 14 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 14 cups Milk

Step 3

Combine vanilla and milk.


  • 2 12 cups Flour
  • 2 12 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 4

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Beat on low after each addition until blended.


  • 12 cup Champagne

Step 5

Stir in champagne.


  • Powdered Sugar, garnish
  • Strawberries, garnish

Step 6

Spoon batter into cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 19-21 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks. Garnish with powdered sugar and sliced strawberries.
