Ingredients
Step 1
Make a cut into the chicken breast horizontally and open out like a book - bash gently to flatten a little. Griddle (chargrill) for 2-3 minutes on each side. Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic, cumin, orange and lime juice and zest, season and stir in the parsley.
