Cheddar Cheese Grits Casserole

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.


  • 4 cups Milk
  • 14 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Quick Grits

Step 2

Bring milk just to a boil over medium high heat. Gradually whisk in butter and grits. Reduce heat to simmer, whisking constantly, 5-7 minutes or until grits are done. Remove from heat.


  • 1 large Beaten Egg
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper
  • 14 cup Grated Parmesan

Step 3

Stir in eggs, cheddar, salt and pepper. Pour into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Step 4

Bake covered at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until mixture is set. Serve immediately.
